This can be made with
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Heat oil in a saucepan, add onion and celery and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until soft.
Remove from heat.
Prepare the Basic Cheddar Cheese Sauce (click for recipe).
Add onion and celery mixture and then stir in parsley, lemon juice and mustard.
Lightly grease a large oven-proof dish.
Arrange fish and eggs on the bottom of the dish and pour over sauce.
For the potato topping, mash the potato, add the butter and Kraft Cheddar Cheese and mix until smooth.
Place in a large piping bag and pipe the potato on top of the fish mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the sauce is bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
